What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation (if given), the type of enquiry and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Our form provider, Formspree, which processes enquiries on our behalf. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@zarvan.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
